At 13.00 we know it is lunch time and we stopped for a quick Business Lunch.
The afternoon is shared immediately with topics that are very intense. Was Roberto Di Iulio to call us on the order in his Speech concerning the new rules of employment in the light of the “Decree of Dignity”. Never seen an Audience so careful
Follow Alberto Lavorgna has delighted us with the intervention related to the Engineering Menu, where with a lot of irony and a smile has told us so many truths and given so many tools to manage our Food&Beverage
Mid-afternoon we stopped again for a quick snack, and a good cup of coffee.
We have resumed Work with a speech about “pragmatic” where Giacomo De Pinto we have shown the Good Operation of the Department's Receipt
The day ended with the Intervention on how to do the Programming, Management and Supervision of the work in a Seasonal Hotel
The many questions from the Audience, the Feedback collected during the Event and applause received at the end of all the interventions we have made it clear that the Day was greatly appreciated.
