DDV Training Days

The Idea of the DDV Training Days born during the TTG Rimini 2015 when, during a break, I met a Colleague Alberto Lavorgna and we passed in review the various deficits in training, which the Italian Tourist Industry lived (and lives) for years.

During that pleasant break, we gave him a name, too: #NoFuffaDays to highlight the originality and the immediate usability of the topics covered in these days. But everything stopped in that moment. During the next year, always finding many difficulties in finding Employees prepared in the various Hotels that I follow, I decided to dive into this new Adventure. The Event took on the name that we all know today as DDV Training Days: where #Training stresses the fact that the education, Training, Tutorial.

The Format is very different from other training Events that take place in Italy: 

• NOT there are 40 rooms
• NOT there are 150 speakers
• NOT we have to run from one point to another of the Buildings
• NOT it is necessary to “take the place”
• NOT we sell nothing

The DDV Training Days 

• takes 1 or 2 days (it depends)
• the number of participants is limited in order to give the opportunity to all be actors at l’s Event
• it is free for all participants (registration required)
• there are a maximum of 7 participants who alternate in the Exposure of their arguments
• we will always offer you 2 Coffee Break 
• you have the reserved seat
• you can interact with the speakers before, during and after their speech
