Respect the Authorities
Turning in the weeks of July for Structures that follow, I realize more and more that the problem is “personnel management” has the most ancient origins of the Pandemic.
We are witnessing a change in the total and sudden mindset of generation Z (those born around the year 2000, for instance). While the generation X (born in the 80s of the last century) divide between those “ancient” and the “post-modern” depending on the situation they are in.
Basic, there is no respect for the Authority that a Company is represented by the Entrepreneur, the Director, the Head of the Department.
Today, everything is horizontal, is coming to miss the good old Hierarchy
And so the Chef can not order the Commission to the Kitchen to peel the potatoes, because they feel offended.
The Housekeeper may not impose to the Waitress to the plans for the back again on the floor of the Lobby, because it is depressing.
Never be the Maître indicate to the Commission of Room to pass the cutlery with vinegar: it feels exploited.
But not all the same Company, you do not have the same skills and/or the same knowledge.
Today the young, the guy, the “first coat” (even if he is over 30 years old) already feels come in whatever I do. The fault, however, I see it to be born in the bosom of that family where the boy grew up.
In that family probably has not been well passed the Education for those most “great” us in the sense as wide as possible (great age, work experience, competence, etc.).
Probably when the child was irritating to the parents, was not taken seriously. Probably if the son did some pranks, has never apologized to those who had made it, and those parents if they are highly infischiati of fargliele to ask (and the excuses).
Probably the parents of this boy were not even present when the young man grew, they were intent to be “workers” before being “parents” or, however, have not been very good at finding a balance between the 2 things.
And this is the message that has been handed down:
cresci alone, I forgive all; rather, you are filled with games and we'll pay you all the whims of this world for up to 30 years to justify our absence, or our inability to be mature and to educate ...
Then we find this guy in the Company who thinks that the business owner is the parent, and that he can behave in the same way as his home.
Oh no! In the Company there is the Authority, and it should be respected
Dear “young” contributor, you have work, you have to be respected, and you have to give respect: the world (that I know of) it works well
Here you have to act from the Foundations, to find new balance in the labour market. You have to start from the Families and make their Orientation.
Then the work in the Schools is a simple consequence, a reinforcement of what must be taught at home.
