It was 1995, I was a boy, responsible, calm, serene, never a thought for the parents... but with the mad desire to go to discover the world.
Dad liked the bike, then my passion I was handed my first starter I had already had 12 years of age: a Minarelli Engines, there is a lot’ s more than a motorized bicycle.
14 years old came to the Vespa Special 50 and I experienced the first freedom together with my friend (FDF).
But after 2 years I was no longer enough for the vespetta (that I still possess, totally renovated). I need to take the next step.
Being what you can define a “good boy” we put very little to convince my parents. In January 1995, I enrolled in a driving school in order to achieve the “license” and we got around to dealerships to find the best possible solution for me.
In June I had the license in your pocket, and finally we entered the dealership, where I found the one who was my companion of liberty of up to 18 years old.
A brand new Cagiva Lucky Explorer 125 on the odometer marked well-160km/h.
I still remember now the terror of my mother and the perplexity of my father...
Since when the seller did not speak. And he said:
Lady (referring to my mother), the bike, or if you manage or be managed by them!
His son is able to manage the bike and the road?
Never teaching life was so disruptive in my head, that I still carry today in my private and professional life.
In fact, why am I telling you this story?
Because our companies must be managed. Because the alternative will be that it will manage.

The supplier must be managed
