To expand our team of high level professionals, we are looking for a Senior person with a solid experience in the The Front Office of the Hotel's 3 and 4 stars who wants to put his know-how as Trainer/Trainer in a dynamic and motivating environment.
Who are We looking for: A Trader to the Top
The candidate or the ideal candidate will come from positions of responsibility as Front Office Manager or Room Division Manager and you have:
- Good personal standing: a’impeccable image and a’attitude, of course, courteous and professional.
- Specialist expertise in the Training: ability to communicate with clarity, empathy and authoritativeness their knowledge.
- PREREQUISITE:
Experience the multi-faceted Software that our Customers use: we need a person who knows perfectly the PMS 5stars and Booking Engine, Simple Booking, preferably in its Enterprise version.
The knowledge of Slope and EricSoft5 will be considered a plus.
Your Key Skills
You will be responsible for delivering activities Training and Consulting on the following themes, ensuring l’instructional excellence typical of DDV Business Management:
- Practices of Receipt: operating procedures check-in, express check-out and management of the stay, oriented to the maximum Guest Satisfaction.
- Sales techniques: upselling and cross-selling effective to the Front Office.
- Revenue Management: principles and strategies for l’optimization of the revenue of the room.
- Travel Distribution: channel management, OTA, and dynamic pricing.
Aspects of Contract and Tax
The collaboration will be managed as follows:
- Compensation: Will be paid as a result of the presentation of a regular invoice. It is therefore essential that the applicant is in possession of VAT number.
- Alternative option: For l’the beginning of the collaboration, it is possible to operate via l’issuance of Notes with the Tax Codeuntil you reach a maximum of € 5.000,00.
Basic requirements for the Application
- Previous experience in quality Front Office Manager or Room Division Manager in accommodation facilities 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Proven ability to use and manage the operational day-to-day management Software above
- Flexibility and Work from Remote: The role includes activities working remotely for the management of communications (phone calls, email and/or messages) that Customers may be addressed directly to the employee.
- Availability to travel frequently throughout the national territory (Italy).
- Use of own vehicle for the movements. It is not allowed l’using public transport.
