When you're a Pupil, the School has the duty to make learning contents that you will need in working life.
The content offered, however, are for the most part horizontal, and cover different subjects are taught both math that the Italian, both the technique and the story.
On the other hand, the student has a sensitivity that it declines with a different intensity according to their own inclinations, but it also depends on the Teacher who teaches the Subject.
In my case, I remember a Professor in the School: History and Philosophy.
Up to 16 years old I never imagined I could enjoy the Story and I didn't know anything of Philosophy.
It was not the Prof bravo, the bosom friend, the one that gave you “7” with ease...on the contrary! but it was the Professor who loved what he did, and did so to convey that passion. And I thank him even today: not for the content that has passed on to me, but for me educated to do my Work with enthusiasm and transport, with discipline and professionalism.

But the Professor of History and Philosophy, L. P., that I remember, even today, after nearly 25 years, we go on Social and every time you are around my city and we meet do not miss an opportunity for an exchange of words.
We are looking for this type of Teacher, the one that leaves the sign of the one who acts on behalf of God” you would have said in a famous Movies (The Blues Brother, nd).
We need to deal with these Masters of Education, to give a turning point to what is happening within our Companies, or the dramatic search, selection and management Human Capital.
It all starts from the School
