To Hotel San Luca, a 4 Star hotel located in Battipaglia (Sa) – 83 guest rooms, Restaurant, swimming Pool and Conference Center – we are seeking a/an Head of Reception motivated, organized and focused on the quality of the service.
The ideal profile
The resource you are looking for has:
- Strong organizational skills and management
- Attitude to hospitality, education and professional standing
- Empathy towards the host, and leadership to the team
- Honesty, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in the role of Head of Reception
Main responsibilities
The Head of Reception will have a central role in the strategic and operational management of the Front Office department and will be responsible for:
- Capture and share with the team, and the marketing strategy is defined by the Property
- Coordinate, supervise and direct the work of the employees of the Reception
- Manage a team of more than 5 resources, providing operational guidance and organizational support
- Ensure the coverage of the operational department in the case of absences
- Collaborate with the administrative area
- Be a point of reference, during an event MICE
- Independently manage the operational issues daily
- To actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
What we offer
- The first Contract of 6 months, which then becomes annual and finally Indefinitely

- Salary of about € 1.700,00 net per month, in respect of the NEGOTIABLE Tourism
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week
- Rest of the weekly rotation, including weekends
