To expand our team of high level professionals, we are looking for a Senior person with a solid experience in the The Front Office of the Hotel's 3 and 4 stars<\/strong> who wants to put his know-how<\/em> as Trainer\/Trainer <\/strong> in a dynamic and motivating environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who are We looking for: A Trader to the Top<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidate or the ideal candidate will come from positions of responsibility as Front Office Manager<\/strong> or Room Division Manager<\/strong> and you have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Good personal standing:<\/strong> a’impeccable image and a’attitude, of course, courteous and professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Specialist expertise in the Training:<\/strong> ability to communicate with clarity, empathy and authoritativeness their knowledge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • PREREQUISITE:
    Experience the multi-faceted Software that our Customers use:<\/strong> we need a person who knows perfectly the PMS 5stars and Booking Engine, Simple Booking, preferably in its Enterprise version.
    The knowledge of Slope and EricSoft5 will be considered a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    Your Key Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will be responsible for delivering activities Training and Consulting<\/strong> on the following themes, ensuring l’instructional excellence typical of DDV Business Management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Practices of Receipt:<\/strong> operating procedures check-in, express check-out and management of the stay, oriented to the maximum Guest Satisfaction<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sales techniques:<\/strong> upselling<\/em> and cross-selling<\/em> effective to the Front Office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Revenue Management:<\/strong> principles and strategies for l’optimization of the revenue of the room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Travel Distribution:<\/strong> channel management, OTA, and dynamic pricing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      Aspects of Contract and Tax<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The collaboration will be managed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Compensation:<\/strong> Will be paid as a result of the presentation of a regular invoice<\/strong>. It is therefore essential that the applicant is in possession of VAT number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Alternative option:<\/strong> For l’the beginning of the collaboration, it is possible to operate via l’issuance of Notes with the Tax Code<\/strong>until you reach a maximum of \u20ac 5.000,00<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        Basic requirements for the Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Previous experience in quality Front Office Manager or Room Division Manager<\/strong> in accommodation facilities 4 or 5 star hotel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proven ability to use and manage the operational day-to-day management Software above<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Flexibility and Work from Remote:<\/strong> The role includes activities working remotely<\/strong> for the management of communications (phone calls, email and\/or messages) that Customers may be addressed directly to the employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Availability to travel frequently throughout the national territory<\/strong> (Italy).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Use of own vehicle<\/strong> for the movements. It is not allowed l’using public transport<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Would be an advantage to have already collaborated in the past with THOSE of Business Management.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
