What happened on 01/10/2019:

To open the day I was speaking of the difficulty encountered in managing the Season 2019 with the advent of Booking Basic, with the failure of large Tour Operators (see Thomas Cook), and the fall of a great OTE Distruptor (Agoda) ... and not only this...

Follow us thought Fabio Badolato GTR Revenue to enchant these with the Strategic Directions for Revenue is the Perfect.

Our “Pink” Concetta D Emma Unconventional Hospitality has completed the first Slot of the day, speaking to us of a Breakfast Alternative which can be applied in our Facilities.

The setting of the Hotel Emilia, who hosted us was very welcome during the first Coffee Break offered by DDV Business Management.

The Jobs are broken down with Peter Alecce of Simple Booking that has exposed the positive dynamics of the air from that Hoteliers can take inspiration from to fit them into their Operations.

The excellent Lunch gave way to all the onlookers to enjoy a well-deserved break in the middle of the day.

And we also had fun with some souvenir photos with BIEM Communications, which has handled all of the party Photos, Videos, and Social of the Day.

Let's say the truth: to that day do not he wanted to go back in the Classroom "smiley""smiley""smiley" ... but with a little’ stress all came back and we started the Work with Giulio Gambardella Sales Blitz that we have talked about how Travel Agencies rather than the Tour Operators are still a successful model in the sale of a Hotel.

Could not miss the Operations within the DDV Training Days: and who is more of our Operation Manager James De Pinto could illustrarcela?

In the mid-afternoon with a good cup of coffee he gave the right boost to finish the day.

Bruno Layers of HotelPro 360 has illustrated with a speech very technical, as the Technology will help us to manage more and more information to our Hotel.

The last surgery I've supported me with a presentation focused all on next year, pointing to “the 10 commandments” to follow in order not to miss in 2020.

At the conclusion of the Event we extract the winner of the Contest (which received 4 hours of Training in its Structure.

And finally the ritual group photo!
