Troppo spesso ci si improvvisa manager di Aziende Alberghiere senza mai aver portato una valigia in camera o gestito il Breakfast. Classe 1979.\u00a0Sorridente e Positivo di natura. Scrupoloso, Pragmatico e Propositivo nel mio lavoro.<\/p>

Il primo contatto con il Turismo fu nel 1997 cominciando nei villaggi turistici in Sicilia e successivamente in Calabria, poi l\u2019 Universit\u00e0 e infine, come naturale conseguenza, il primo incarico in Hotel.<\/p>

Le esperienze nelle pi\u00f9 diverse Strutture – Boutique Hotel, Relais di Campagna, Grand Hotel, City Hotel, Welness Hotel, ecc – e in ogni qualsivoglia reparto dell\u2019 Albergo – sia Room Division che Food&Beverage, fino alla Direzione – mi permettono di avere uno sguardo di insieme sull\u2019 Azienda denominata Hotel e contemporaneamente di agire nello specifico in ogni singolo reparto.<\/p>

Durante tutta la mia carriera non \u00e8 mai mancato l\u2019Aggiornamento Professionale: solo con un confronto continuo a livello nazionale e internazionale si riescono ad interpretare i segnali dei Mercati e anticipare mosse strategiche anno per anno.<\/p>

Le mie specializzazioni sono: Strategia di Impresa, Revenue Management, Marketing e Gestione del Personale<\/p>

Dal 2011, data la crescente richiesta, mi dedico al Management per Hotel e alla Formazione collaborando con Enti, Scuole e Istituzioni in tutta Italia.
